At time 0 there are 100 floating shares of X in total. A is @ 20, B is @ 10.
So X is @ 30.
Now someone sell 1 share X @ 28, MM will buy it and sell short 1 share A and
1 share B to get 2 arbitrage profit? The floating shares are down to 99? If
someone buy 1 share X @ 32, MM would buy 1 A and 1 B, packaging them into 1
share X and make the sale?

it. Only when there is large amount of buy or sell, AP steps in to issue
more shares or take back some, normally in large blocks like 50k shares each
