particularly Japan, India, Austrilia, France, and maybe EU. Meanwhile,
US Congress and Fed are in a deadlock now so essentially no real policy
can go through at this point.
How long it will last is hard to predict though because we have no source
to know what government is doing exactly. I don't trust TA, but at least
from TA side, it's very ugly now.

very small. So overall risk appetite is still very strong.
I think it is time to increase some positions in companies with low debts
and strong competitive positions. Many small companies will be go bankrupt
and the mighty will get stronger. But so far, the market has not been able
to price them differently.

in market cap.
MSFT and INTC are. LDK is not.

the garbage stocks and long the quality stocks. That is a pretty safe bet.
In this environment, the garbage company does not have an exit strategy such
as being acquired. Therefore, the risk is relatively small.
Or you can just buy quality stock and believe that in the long-term, market
will eventually turn around.
Whether a company is quality stock or garbage stock can not be simply
classified. Many people would like to
