比如我的salary是10,000,如果我每个月给401(k)里面6%我的工资，也就是600，那公司
会给再给我(除工资之外的)300块钱啊？！只不过是放到401(k)里面了
对吗？

为何不直接说是3% of contribution？这里的first有何特殊的意义呢？
