Hi,
In this difficult environment, I would like to ask whether it is worthwhile
to buy a house or not.
My situation is that. I work in a city of central state. Maybe I will stay
here for 2 years. I hope I can finally land a job in California. Now the
housing price is dropping. I am wondering whether it is agood idea to buy an
apartment/condo or Not.
