发帖数: 5488 | 7 reit最大的问题是高杠杆投资。如果经济恶化下去，出租率下降，资产价值不断缩水，
还债压力和借贷成本都会小幅提高，但是由于高杠杆，提高一个两个点就会要人命了。
如果你对reit敢兴趣，自己研究个股比买入fund更为保险。reit股里面是有金子的。
但是，绝对大多数都是比较危险的投资。在经济没出地之前，买入fund等于接飞刀。另
外，如果08政府停止m2m,可以第一时间抢入。
