发帖数: 372 | 2 Some funds (in particular some institutional funds) are offered only to 401k
plans. You position will be sold once you roll you 401k over to IRA. Check
with the IRA provider to find out the details.
If the above is not an issue, it is usually a better idea to roll it over. |

Also if the employer changes the plan, my 401k plan would be changed
accordingly, even after the termination?

有的plan有便宜的或外面买不到的funds。
