worth investing. However, they are more difficult to understand
than passively-managed funds. My theory:
When investing in an actively managed fund, I get the following:
1) The average return of the asset class.
(i.e. the return of the index for that asset class)
2) The added value of the fund management.
(i.e. how much the fund "beat the market")
And, I pay the following expenses:
A) The lowest possible expenses |
