unlikely b/c it is still in its infant stage and most are only in commercial
trial. the advantage: cheap and setup cost is realtive low(no local phone or
dish, just your power line and some adapters).
or Verizon FIOS( seems do not require a local phone)--- verizon's new service to compete with cable, not avalable in all area.
