, 有人可以推荐下这两个地方的性价比还不错的小区吗？我们现在对那边不是很熟悉，
心里很没底。考虑到以后老人可能来，小区地理位置最好方便些，老人有地方可以走动
走动的。我们目前没有孩子，但是近期有打算要。房子的预算3，4十万吧，可以灵活些
，四室有地下室最好。
另外看到Carmel在西边Main Street和146 之间有一片区号46074，好像和Westfield比
较像，是为什么呢？这片地方如何？

I am living in the area you are refering to. This is used to be Westfield,
but the city line was re-clasified and now it is officially part of carmel.
Schools are very good ( College wood elementry is the best one). You could
buy a new home within your budget here. 400k, 4BR, Full Basement, 3 door
grage, about 4000 SQ feet. |

1. 如果在Indy城里上班，Carmel东面交通很不方便吗？看网上都说要买西面的房子，
是这样吗？
2. 貌似Indy大家都买很新的房子是吗？不好意思，因为我们现在在东北，房子很多都
好几十年了，所以对这个没有很在意。但是看到网上不少人建议都是买新房，有些担心
买旧房子以后不好卖。其实我们相对比较喜欢已经建好的小区，有树啥的，而且不喜欢
院子太小太小的。看到合心的很多都是90年代的房子，Resale会有问题吗？

downtown. Parking may cost you 0-10 dollars a day depends on your company
and location. Rush hour traffic is not a big issue here.
Second, new vs matured community/house. If you are considering resale, I
would say buy new, 10years old at most. Because this is in Indiana, for most
people, we could afford a newer home, why bother to buy an old one? As I
told you before, you could buy a pretty nice new home by 400k, if you are
still thinking of buying an old one. OK, that is your choice. If you are
considering raising your kids here, Carmel is a good place too. Safe, good
schools, and friendly community.
Anyway, if you are moving here from the northeast, you will be amazed how “
low” the housing price is. You could easily realize your “big house dream
” which might be always a dream if you are living in downtown NewYork.
Ps, here, roughly, 1sq feet =100 Dollars, 3000 sq f house, roughly 300k |

brand new one? If we want to build a new home, do you have any
recommendation on builder and neighbourhood? How about zionsville compared
to Carmel? I saw a lot ppl build new homes at eagle nest close to the
highway 65. Do you have comments on that place?

似比zionsville多，但是是不是carmel本来也房子多?有人告诉我们说zionsville很好
，但这个town感觉很新人很少的样子，我们自己无所谓，就是担心以后爸妈来玩太寂寞。

旁边最好的区。 或者可以看下indy东部的房子，在70interstate和465交叉的地方也不
错。那里可以坐共车直接去downtown和机场。 附近还有个华人教堂，经常会请你去聚
会，游玩，打猎什么的。
