We moved out at 07/31. Everything was fine.
The apartment remodel the unit.
We receive bills for replacement of damaged oven and chairs.
The apt said we should have marked the damages on a form when moving in.
But there actually was no any damage.
Mark TMD what.
The problem is how to argue in oncoming court(expecting,if not pay).
Any suggestions are welcome. |

他们威胁说如果不在30号交钱就找讨债公司的,现在也不知道怎么办。。。很郁闷。。。

然后准备起诉parkway吧.

find where the statement from the landlord was wrong, prove by
pictures.
write lease office a letter, state all above, mail by certified mail,
make copies.
call the small claim court for procedures.
