My question:
"I am an F-1 student who came to Indiana on July 25, 2006 and left on Aug.
10, 2009. I just I-filed my state tax for the year of2009. However, I heard
that people who didn't work in Indiana for the entire year of 2009 and who
were foreigners shouldn't use I-file system, and should paper file the state
tax by mail. I didn't find any such information in th | m*******r
