don’t have enough votes in the Indiana Statehouse, Hoosier Democrats are

It would be easier for people from other IN schools, such as Notre Dame,

获得 indiana州的正式驾照刚满一个月。圣诞节期间从南到北自驾游跑了 2500
英里（合 4000公里），历时 8天。穿过了平原山区和丘陵地带，有国道、州道和州际
道路，也赶上雨雪天气，最紧张是冒着冻雨夜行了近 100英里山路。现在回过头来看，
这次出行极富挑战性和刺激性，平生还没有一次性自驾 4000公里，更未有自己一天连
续开车 11个小时以上，何况面临的是新车、新本、新路、新交规，多亏自己还不是新
手。这需要一个人具备极大的耐力和意志，但不值得提倡。我今天重点不是写自驾游感
受，而是想结合驾驶手册谈一下美国的道路交通设置、交通理念
与中国的不同之处，然后回顾自己的考驾照经历。
1、 centre lane，即中央道路。在没有中间隔离带情况下，两边由黄色实线划
定，双向车辆不能进入行驶，但可以用于左转。这种设置在城市、郊区甚至高速公路非
常普遍、非常实用、非常安全，至少美国人离不开。不错，高速路可以左转到岔路和私

西住。现在孩子要从indiana搬到新泽西来住，孩子在indiana是有medicaid的。
那么如果孩子来到新泽西后，怎么办理medicaid,是重新需要办理medicaid阿，还是需
要只要转移一下就可以了？需要办理什么手续转移？还是什么都不用办，就用indiana
州的medicaid
就行？

如果Trump拿下Indiana，那么事情下面事情就简单了。只要按部就班就能拿到1237票，
否则，下面每个州都要超水平发挥。
现在CNN把PA的unbound的delegate给了Trump30多个，我觉得这个很难说。如果不靠
unbound的选票，Trump能拿到1237票，那么unbound 的估计一票都不会跑。否则如果
Trump要靠unbound去拿1237，这些选票就值钱了。各种交易就会冒出来，最后Trump能
否拿到20个都难说。
还是那句话，拿下indiana，按部就班打完选战，比什么都重要。 |

发帖数: 9 | 36 来了加州大半年了，驾照和车牌一直没换。上周black friday凌晨1点，不小心开超速
了（80 mile），被警察pull down了。先是一个警察过来盘查，我自觉地说我知道我超
速了，他说我超了15 mile over，我说sorry。过了一会儿，另一个警察开单子给我，
然后让我走，后来我一看，上面写的average approximation speed是92 mile，这个显
然是不可能的，因为我从来不开超过90 mile，并且平均是92，意味着我很长时间开过
92。
有几个问题想请教一下：
0. 我是indiana的驾照，可以在加州上法庭么？
1. 我如果上法庭说罚单写的速度和另一个警察跟我说的不一致，并且我从来不开over
90，这样的理由有用么？
2. 当时我编借口说我是从indiana来这里travel的，过阵子会relocate过来，其实我已
经来了半年了，对方没有怀疑，如果上法庭，有没有可能被发现我其实已经在加州了，
反而会加罚？
3. 我最近能不能去换驾照？
4. 因为驾照上是旧地址，传票可能是寄到indiana的地址去，我如果收不到，能上庭么

大交叉路口的西边500多米处，而那个小横路像是给街边一个建筑里的一些车辆横跨到
对面公路用的。
出事时是否有其它车出来横越马路呢？不管答案是什么，从后果看，后面的那个车的几
个问题是：
1.在前面几秒就超速不少；
2a.没有保持安全距离；
2b.有几秒没有看前方路况。
没有上述任何一条，也不会有那么严重的后果。 |

去年报税直接找人报的，今年准备自己填，发现有两个问题不太懂。
1. 怎么定义的resident，是不是在IN住了一年就算Resident，需要填IT40，并且
county tax用resident的税率？
2. 算county tax的base income应该是什么？看IT40的instruction，应该直接用IT40
line7的state income. 但是w2 box 18上还有一个local income，还有一个local
income tax withheld，感觉这两个应该是county tax的base和withheld，但是跟state
income差很多。在IN gov查到一个bullet也是说box 18应该是用作county tax的
income
，跟IT40的instruction有冲突，所以自己有点糊涂了... 阅读全帖 |
