14年phd毕业，biostatistics
在一medical center做数据分析，挂了些文章，现换工作O1
paper一共10篇，都是journal，只有一篇一作
citation 40，
review 2
12-20号他们收到材料，28号查到REF，刚找律师要到REF信，感觉每一项都被IO质疑。
疑问是公司指派律师，也没看到PL。刚律师说io压根都没好好看他写的evidence，感觉
在buy time。
我准备了 5 封推荐信（2 dependent的，3 independent的）
其中比较stuggle的一点是
Employment in a critical or essential capacity
我主要提供了现在工作单位的contribution。
下面是IO的质疑
The evidence you submitted is insufficient. You stated that the beneficiary'
s employment as an X in X is a critical or essential role in an organization
of distinguished reputation.
USCIS acknowledges that X appears to have a distinguished reputation,
However，the record doesn't show that the beneficiary was employed in a
critical or essential capacity. Although the record shows that the
beneficiary has completed research in his field, the record does not show
that this research has made him critical or essential.
只是个数据分析的，咋能说的critical or essential。又不是faculty。
其实有封推荐信里写了不少我的unique和不可或缺，感觉没用。
我暂时的策略，1）就是在找个老大写封推荐信，着重强调我做的工作对organization
的贡献 2）提提之前在学生的时候（一个系统）拿到的一个NIH的fellowship。
我需要让新公司出具一个job discription来说我的critical or essential 吗？ | R*******s

capacity感觉至少得是manager以上CEO之类的？
