Got RFE:
"The evidence does not establish that On balance, it would be beneficial to
the United States to waive the requirements of a job offer and thus a labor
certification. Therefore USCIS requests additional evidence."
My feeling is they are asking why I am not apply for EB2-Perm. The work I
am doing now is not very relevant to the application. I used my PhD and
postdoc experience for this NIW application.
Is there any advice how can I address this issue? Thank you all in advance. |
