times and general procedures relating to certain form types do not fall
under the Privacy Act. However, information given to someone other than the
affected party, such as the beneficiary, which relates to the specific
processing or adjudication of a particular petition or application is
prohibited by the Privacy Act and Service policy.
In addition, only the petitioner or applicant may request a change of
address or other changes be made to the record. We cannot process changes

复显示了一遍，我仔细核对了，全部都是对的。 | o********c

info。所有的信息都没有填错。30天后再SR，就没提我不是申请人，给了一个模板回复。
明明就是officer自己弄错了，例如自己敲错了号，或是看错了名字之类的，关键是没
地方申诉，太郁闷了。
