网上在线申请工作时，申请表上有一项“Will you now or in the future require
sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit”，还特别注明“
Sponsorship means an H-1B visa petition, an O-1 visa petition, an E-3 visa
petition, TN status, or “job flexibility benefits” (also known as “I-140
portability” or “adjustments of status portability”) for long-delayed
adjustment of status applications that have been pending for 180 days or
longer.”
请各位大侠帮忙看看这段话是什么意思，我现在拿到了工卡，应该已经不需要公司再资
助我什么了吧？还有，没拿到绿卡对找工作有影响吗？刚递上去绿卡申请没多久，实在

一般的雇主只关心你能不能合法工作。有ead 就够了。
