485是7月底的RD, TSC的。今天收到通知：On April 8, 2016, we transferred your
Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker , Receipt Number
SRCXXXXXXXXX, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer
notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the
instructions in the notice.
同时6月批的I140也变成了同样的状态。
请问是吉是凶？是会转到NSC，还是会转local面试？
