For the EB-1 Petition, we anticipate the following fees:
Attorneys’ fees - $5,000.00
USCIS filing fee - $ 580.00
Miscellaneous (postage, delivery, copy charges) $ 50.00
In addition to the flat legal fees for preparing the petition, Client will
be responsible for any fees incurred in the event a request for further
evidence is received, or if an appeal of adverse decision is required.
Those fees will be billed on an hourly rate at $390/hr.
