processing of green card. The INS will not process an immigrant petition
until the date is current.
Do you file I140 and I485 concurrently? |

AD 3/5/10
485:
RD 3/18/10
PD 12/29/09.
Then what does this PD mean?

I think your spouse does not have priority date because her case depends on
your case.
I think the priority date does not matter as much to Eb1 as to Eb2 or 3, as
the priority date for mainland-born Chinese for Eb1 is current. |
