候选的Consular Processing因为当时我还在申请J1 waiver. 我不知道是否这个和目前

means USCIS can start to review your petition now. USCIS cannot review your
petition until they can confirm the approval of your J1 waiver. |

J waiver是DOS批准后发信给USCIS,最终由USCIS批准.

发帖数: 951 | 18 我现在什么情况都不知道.只知道我140的petition被DOS发回给USCIS for review. 我
和律师讨论的结果是有可能当时律师file为走consular processing。这样USCIS批准后
会将我的case发给DOS的National Visa Center. 但是后来我拿到J waiver后走485流程
，就发邮件给NVC说我不走consular processing了。不知道是不是因为这个原因DoS给
USCIS发回了我的case，真心希望就是这么个小事情
