标 题: 在第三国居住，领事程序(CP)在哪个国家领事馆面试？

I140已批，但是在I140里写的是要办I485。后来离开美国来到第三国居住，交I-824申
请领事程序consular processing的时候，Physical Address写的是第三国的地址，请
问这种情况国家签证中心NVC会让我去广州的领事馆面试，还是让我就近在第三国的领
事馆面试？
另外顺便问I-824的处理时间是多少？我的I140在TSC

they will allow you to apply here, if you are not a citizen or permanent
resident of this place.
If not. and NVC forward the case here, and then has to go back to NVC and
then to GZ, which can take a year longer. |

consulate to ask about this first.
Actually, I want to go to Guangzhou for the consular processing. Is there
any way to let NVC about this and send my case to Guangzhou consulate?

I think I can go to Guangzhou Consulate for CP even if I'm not living in
China currently.
