Guest Editors are free to contribute a maximum of 4 papers to their Special
Issue. Of these four, one introductory short Editorial and one long Review
Article would be exempted from the regular open access publication charges
of the journal. As for the timeline of the Special Issue, we generally like
to give submitting authors around 6 months from the initial Call for Papers
to the submission deadline, another 3 months to the First Round of Reviews,
and another 2 months to the Publication Date. However, we would certainly
welcome any adjustment to the submission deadline to suit your schedule.
