发帖数: 757 | 3 H1B renew的收据优先级比485收据高。有H1B renew的收据就可以合法工作（即使没有
纸的收据，只要file了renew的petition就可以合法工作，比如收到email的case#）。
用H1B renew的收据去renew驾照好了。

有些DMV的人不懂或者嫌麻烦，直接告诉你不能renew |
