到了当时一审的时候主编的decision letter，里面有些很positive的赞语，但是
decision letter的开头却是“decline with potential resubmission”（写作方式的
问题，但是外行人不一定明白）。这样的decision email可以打出来用吗？

翻译成汉语的直白意思就是，“这篇文章狗屁不是”。
尤其是“provide a very extensive list of suggestions and comments”
就是说你的文章，千疮百孔，会被批评得“体无完肤”。
就是“体无完肤”的意思。

影响 而不要只是一些华丽的形容词 |

还是出自一个“do not work directly in this area”的准外行
还是个decline。。。
这个拿来照着写推荐信的话简直是大忌啊

，再怎么吹也吹不成正面评价啊。还有“decline with potential resubmission” 不
管外行人看不看不明白，这么大一个“decline”摆在那里总认识吧，也不要把IO想得
太笨了。 |
