I have H1B and I submitted I-131 and I-485 applications. I kind of remember
that I read somewhere 递交485期间不可以离境，AP除外... I cannot travel
internationally using H1B visa before receiving AP? Otherwise, I-485
application will be rejected? Can someone please confirm for me if I am
correct? Thanks a lot! |

发帖数: 12623 | 5 Since you have H1b status, you can. Your application will not be abandoned.
However, you will have to re-enter on H1b visa, and not the AP (even if it
gets approved).
