我submit了我们在美国city hall结婚的marriage certificate, which is issued by
Deputy and Recorder of Deeds,不知道为什么这个不算issued by the civil
authorities?
有没有人知道怎么response 这个RFE?

我们submit的是在city hall仪式结束时给的那个marriage certificate，就是上面还
有两个witness签字的那个，好像不是正式的吧？我们从来没request过certified copy
，打算明天去recorders of deeds要份copy，应该是这个了吧？有没有人来给confirm
