以前不是流传的bs+5年或者ms吗？在哪有官方说法？律师这信怎么又改成2年和bs了。
“DOL has advised that a job requirement that is not “normal” for an
occupation must be brought to its attention for review. The DOL has
classified the occupation of [PERM position] as generally requiring not more
than a Bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of experience. For the
purposes of filing PERM applications for [PERM position], requiring a Master
’s degree and any amount of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and more
than 2 years would be “not normal” for the occupation, and must be
justified by business necessity. Should you wish to proceed by requiring a
Master’s degree and any amount of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and
more than 2 years of experience, we may need” |
