发帖数: 36 | 1 I submitted my I-140 for EB3 with my Bachelor degree and got I-140 approved.
Now I have my Masters degree and changed to a job that requires at least
masters degree. These 2 jobs have different degree reqirments If the new
company sponsor my EB2, can I use my previous EB 3 priority date? Thanks a
