（在工作中，但短期不给申H1b）还需要申请OPT以及之后的OPT的extension，怕递了
485AOS后会影响OPT及extension。但律师仍然认为该concurrent，其回复如下：
“If your husband is applying for his initial one-year OPT EAD, concurrent
filing should not affect it; if he’s filing for the 17-month STEM extension
, he can continue to work after his current one-year OPT EAD expires while
the 17-month STEM application is pending. Keep in mind that when he files
his adjustment of status application, it will include an EAD application as
well, which means that he will get at least one of the EADs!
We don’t understand why you would not opt for concurrent processing; by not
filing under concurrent, you will delay the green card process by many
months. We suggest concurrent filing.”
不明白他说在extension申请pending中还可以继续工作（能多久？）
我认为只要一file485，就有移民倾向了，就不再eligible非移民OPT的申请了。网上说
这是grey area。我不觉得值得冒这风险，宁愿多等几个月。而且看了一些帖子，没觉
得像律师所说的会delay MANY months呀。也不敢把律师惹烦了，他还一直拖着我的
case呢。。。

他现在以CPT工作，马上要申请OPT。
我的意思是为啥不能先交140，等批了再交485. 如果concurrent，万一140被拒，485作
废，给LD的EAD泡汤，他学生身份的OPT也因交了485而不给批，那不就惨啦？ |

extension吗？LD是副申请人。多谢
