一看就是不是因为知道你expertise才请的。referee的网页上没显示审是哪个杂志，只
显示最后发的杂志。由得文章没通过就发到低一级的了。邀请函是写明了最初投的是哪
个杂志，所以想加上。 |

发帖数: 471 | 4 谢谢。已经审了。以前看过有RFE，说光审了，不能说明是你好才要求你审的，没有证
明邀请。所以想加这种邀请函。

The number is important. At least you have to get 20+ reviews. Then you can
find the editor to write you a letter stating that you are the TOP one
therefore was invited.
Review must be regular, which also means you have to have a certain number
to show this.
If you have one review and IF = 10. It is difficult to justify.
If you have 50 reviews and IF = 0.1, then just ignore IF and show you judge
others regularly.
