strength and fatigue in humans, and have time to get the review done in 3-4

Just to be honest, this is a very narrow field, so please do not expect
things like good impact factor or other fancy stuff. But an opportunity is
an opportunity, may be good for your promotion or NIW e.g., if not for EB1.
