好象只提到file form I-130，那除了I-130下列的files (a. A copy of sponsor’s
naturalization certificate;b. Sponsor’s birth certificate;
c. Parents’ marriage certificate)以外，还要准备什么材料呢？有知道的朋友能说

_________ G-325A (one for the petitioner, one for beneficiary) –For
Spousal Petition only
Documents needed:
_________ Two (2) INS approved photograph of the petitioner
_________ Two (2) INS approved photograph of the beneficiary
_________ Evidence of relationship (marriage certificate or proof of
family relation)
_________ Copy of Birth Certificate of Beneficiary (with English
translation if needed)
_________ Proof of status as U.S. Citizen or LPR of Petitioner (Copy of
birth certificate, valid passport, naturalization certificate or green card)
_________ Copy of Beneficiary’s passport including I-94 and visa stamp
