今天收到RFE， IO 认可了CLAIMS 和国际影响，但是要求提供：
"Documentation to establish that there is a qualifying offer of employment"
公司律师说这个RFE小事情一桩，他会应付（可以参考我的意见）。 不过我还是有点
糊涂， 这个DOCUMENTATION 到底需要什么内容？？ 在PL中以下内容已经提供： 公司
有15个专职研究人员（10个PHD)；近年公司发表>20杂志文章， >20专利； 公司
REVENUE大于1.2 US$BILLION, 8%用于研发。 我加入公司已经>三年， 始终在研发部门
， 头衔是“SENIOR RESEARCHER ENGINEER"， 从事的研究工作与PHD阶段的研究直接相
关。（看来IO没有好好看PL阿）。
律师是否应该以HR的名义写一封专门的信来COVER以上内容？ 除了这些， 这个
documentation 还需要什么材料来证明” qualifying offer of employment"
不知大家有否对付这个RFE的经验可供参考？
