内容: majority of pipeline transportation selects heat transportation.
Energy consumption of
this method of transport mainly comes from the furnaces and pumps. Currently
, operating
parameters of many pipelines are determined according to experience of
dispatch. It causes
high energy consumption and high cost of pipeline running, which cannot
adapt to energy
conservation policy. Therefore, this paper aims at consuming lowest energy
during crude
oil pipeline operating, and sets three optimization variables, which include
pump
combinations, pitted pressure and outbound pressure, station temperature,
and binding
constraints to establish a mathematical model of optimal operation of crude
oil pipeline.
Furthermore, genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, in the meantime,
selection, cross
and mutation operations of genetic algorithm are improved. Finally, this
paper presents a
way to code for crude oil pipeline pump and makes corresponding software
optimization of
crude oil pipeline running. As a result, through the optimization analysis
of S-L crude oil
pipeline and with the actual working condition of contrast, it finds that
optimal operation
scheme can reduce the energy consumption of 5%~9%. In addition, optimal
operation
scheme analyses influence of season and flow on energy consumption of S-L
crude oil
pipeline.
