对docker的使用经验仅限于tutorial
感觉有几个思路可以做这个事情，但是不知道那个好
1. 把这些pipeline里面用的工具做成image，然后每个pipeline就是一些image加上一
些胶水python code
这个最直接，但是还是有一些不是dockerize的code，似乎有些不纯
2.把每个pipeline做出一个image
这样最纯粹，但是缺乏灵活性，各个组件复用等于0，对pipeline做点改动就要再建一
个image
3. 类似方案1，把每个组件做成image，然后对每个pipeline，在把各个组件的image和
胶水code一起做成一个新的image
这个完美了，但是不知道这种image套image能搞不？
一般大家是怎么做的呢？ |

方向），到这个月应该做了有1年了吧。土木读了这么久，还真的没接触过pipeline
design。他们做海洋石油的，都是API和ISO code subpart C-pipeline design. 除了
这些，美国有自己的标准吗？ |

pipeline全部锈透掉。刹车油都漏光了。铺子告诉我没有办法修，只能全换，但是要很
多钱。我把车送到另一个铺子，告诉我的差不多。
车子本身很老了。没有必全换新的了。有没有可能在junk yard拆一个下来装上呢？
junk yard会管装吗，还是我需要从junk yard买，然后拿到修车铺呢？另外，铺子里的
技师告诉我说brake pipeline的和一个什么东西的joint也锈蚀了，需要换。这个junk
yard会有吗？
这辆车也不怎么开。每天就开个5分钟去趟图书馆什么的。现在倒是还凑合着有点刹车
。除了这个问题，别的都还好好的。想着能留着就留着吧。

Pfizer旗下有两个著名的抑制Cox-2的止痛(消炎)药：Celebrex和Bextra。其中的
Bextra风光没多久，就离开了Pfizer的Pipeline了。
Celebrex和Bextra都是特异性抑制Cox-2酶的止痛药。理论上，这类药物是通过特异性
地影响Cox-2的功能来达到消炎(止痛)的效果的，而且这类药不抑制Cox-1的作用。与特
异性抑制Cox-2的止痛药不同，市场上其他类型的止痛药比如著名的Advil是通过抑制
Cox-1来止痛、抑制Cox-2来消炎的。但是Cox-1同时也被认为对保护胃肠粘膜有正面作
用。非特异性抑制Cox-2的止痛药可能因为影响Cox-1而导致胃肠出血或者是溃疡。所以
对于本来就有溃疡或胃肠出血的病人来说，可能不宜吃这类的止痛药。抑制Cox-2的止

shallow water or deep water？
gulf of mexico or arctic？
很久不做Subsea Pipeline了，但是这些上面的选择，规范都不一样。
pipeline里面涉及的东西茫茫多，工程师也是一堆专业的人各司其职。
即使是结构设计，因为牵扯的东西太多，所以用的规范也是茫茫多的一堆。 有API, 有
ASME,无从谈起的。
如果公司要用的话，一般都是买IHS数据库，里面都有。 |

Lipitor和另外一个的升高好胆固醇的新药做成 combination pill,以延长Lipitor的专
利期，但是该新药在临床试用中失败，导致Pfizer不得不撤下该药的事情。这件事情对
于Pfizer来说是一颗重磅炸弹。这究竟是怎么一回事呢。
这个产品就是Torcetrapib。市面上的治疗胆固醇问题的药物，都是降低“坏胆固醇”(
也就是低密度脂蛋白-LDL)的。在升高“好胆固醇” (也就是高密度脂蛋白-HDL)这一方
面，Torcetrapib是无出其右的。从科学实验的发现到生产药片，花了Pfizer近15年的
时间。

at different stage at the ever same cycle
