发帖数: 79 | 1 9月16号收到email说我老婆的I485要求补initial evidence. 但到今天 (9.26)还没有
收到那封信. 联系了USCIS，他们说15天内收不到再和他们联系。我以前一般一个星期
内肯定能收到。
请问大家一般多久能收到这信？一般要求多长时间回复RFE?

applicants 14-79 years of age (other ages waived). This form provides
additional biographical information to that on the I-485.
initial evidence指
If the applicant is claiming admission to the U.S. the record must contain
evidence of inspection and admission or parole. Such evidence may include,
but is not limited to:
• I-94,
• passport stamp,
• I-797 nonimmigrant approval notice,
• NIIS or other INS record.

Regardless of whether the I-485 is to be adjudicated to completion at the
Service Center or relocated to another office, the record of proceeding must
be complete. If the evidence is missing, the officer must prepare a RFE.
Remember, each piece of evidence must meet the standard of acceptability as
noted. If for any reason the evidence is deemed to be unacceptable, the
officer must prepare an RFE for acceptable evidence
