科学或学术领域中，取得国家级或国际性声誉的教授或研究人员。此外，申请人还必须
在某学术领域中，至少执教或从事研究工作三年以上。攻读博士学位期间的研究工作可
以算作申请EB-1（b）中的工作经验。“
那对于拿到PHD的人来说，这个条款应该就没问题了吧？除了PHD diploma，还需要开具
其它文件么？
