research experience 2) offer letter.
How should I address the two?
1. Only got phD a year ago. I guess I have to count my phd work as part of
the 3 years experience. Do I need to continue to say that my phd work is
outstanding or ask for more reference letter to support that?
2. Do I also need to mention at least 3 full time researchers in the
department? The lawyer requested it.

Thanks for the reply. For 1, my phd work is in a different field from what I
am doing right now, even though they all can use the same knowledge. How
should I address this?

你的3年工作经验的同时，再证明你的outstanding更好。

后在加上博士老板的信呢？还是只需要博士老板写就行了（博士5年+）？
