is still pending. He was pretty strict in my EA denial. He didnt even accept

but feel there will be very little hope to pass. He also did not accept any
of my claims.
By the way, I guess in your above reply, EA means Eb1a, then what is OR? | b****g

发帖数: 1755 | 10 I have an Indian colleague, applied EB1A and EB1B and reviewed by the same
IO #211.
EB1A PP, received RFE in a week, replied RFE, got denial notice in another
week. He was rejected on every category.
EB1B didn't go through PP, received RFE the same time. After replied the
RFE, the case is still pending. 1 month already till today.
His case is not very strong though, engineering Phd, only conference
publications, small number of citations, good recommendation letters, but
had several SBIR reward |
