to pay the money. I know this is a joke.
Some reply from company lawyer: a second serviced request was required. We
were told that we should expect to hear back within 15 days, and if we do
not hear in 15 days we can send an email to USCIS following up on our
service requests. We should expect to hear back within 21 days after our
email, and if we still don’t get any update, then the officer provided us
with a second email address where we would need to send a follow up email.
This office should send us an update within 10 days.
