1. proof of three year's research experience (I spent 4.5 years in my Ph.D.
and another 0.5 year in a company)
2. proof of permanent job (currently a research scientist in a company. but
the offer letter doesn't mention whether this is a permeant position or not.
It only says this is an at-will offer. I believe most of the offer letters
are like this. Should I get a proof from HR?)
Any suggestions on how to prepare these two rfes? Also, they didn't argue
for the contributions, authorship, and reviews. Will they do that later in a
new rfe?

? should I ask one refer letter from my previous advisor proving that I have
more than 4 years' research experience? For the permanent job, should I ask
HR to give a proof explicitly saying that this is a permanent job? Thanks! |

还需要以前老板证明research的信。
