I 140表
1。 Part 1中3 irs tax number 是不是就是w2中的employer federal id number？
2。 Part 4中6 has any immigrant visa petition ever been filed or on behalf
of this person. 之前的h1b和perm算吗？算的话，需要怎样的explanation？
3。 Part 5中很多公司的财务信息和NSICS code怎么填 （我打算自己网上填，公司的
gross annual income; net annual income都不知道）
4。 Part 8中 signature of petitioner 该由谁签？公司的hr吗？

1。 Part 1中填表人该填谁？应该不是自己吧？
2。 Part 2中4 petitioner／applicant in the relating case 怎么填？填公司名字
吗？
3。 Part 3中 original signature 由谁签？ 公司的hr吗？

---h1b不算，perm是EB2/EB3吗？如果是，check “yes”，然后递交140的材料时附上
perm的I-797 approval notice.
3。 Part 5中很多公司的财务信息和NSICS code怎么填 （我打算自己网上填，公司的
gross annual income; net annual income都不知道）
---你必须问公司
4。 Part 8中 signature of petitioner 该由谁签？公司的hr吗？
---EB1B是雇主支持，雇主是petitioner,你是beneficiary

---你公司，不是你，只有petitioner才能file I-907
2。 Part 2中4 petitioner／applicant in the relating case 怎么填？填公司名字
吗？
---对，公司的名字
3。 Part 3中 original signature 由谁签？ 公司的hr吗？
---对，公司的HR

另外求教，之前递的EB2 （公司SPONSOR的）还没有收到 perm的I-797 approval
notice, 这个该怎么填？附上DOL的ETA letter吗？
