company), the attorney (after your company signed the form G-28), or the
applicant (yourself) can file it.
I used a lawyer myself though, so I don't know your answer for sure, but I
feel that you can do it yourself.

假设是EB1A，那么applicant=beneficiary, 如果按你这个解释，主申请人是
beneficiary，不能签字，那么DIY的话，就没人能签字了，所以，我觉得不能这么理解
吧。
EB1B的话，我觉得这里的
petitioner=公司
applicant=自己
Attorney=律师
beneficiary=其他家属（严格来说包括自己）
instruction里说，petitioner, applicant, attorney, or accredited
representative must sign and date the request.
这里applicant应该就是指自己，所以，自己可以sign，这个“beneficiary can not
sign I-907”应该是指家属不能sign，大家觉得这个理解对吗

我的907表是international affairs的director填写，签字，她明确说明我无权自己
file 907,虽然我"有权"交钱，
applicant 是学校
beneficiary 是我
最后是她签字，我交钱 ：（ |
