看来是很复杂的RFE，要了很多东西，虽然我自己的qualification没问题
1. It must be established that the petitioner qualifies under Title 8, Code
of Federal Regulations Section 204.5(i)(3)(iii)©. To that end, please
submit a copy of the petitioner's 2011 tax return and 2011 and 2012 forms W-
2 for each employee. Please briefly describe the nature of each individual's
position on each W-2. Please partially redact your employee's SSNs for
their privacy. Please submit additional evidence to establish when each
employee began working for the petitioner and whether they are full-time or
part-time employees. If you do not directly employ individuals who provide
typical company functions such as office management/clerical, marketing,
accounting/bookkeeping, etc. please provide contracts agreements with any
such contractors or service providers.
2. The petitioner indicated that there are currently five full time research
scientists, please submit a copy of the college degrees for each scientist
3. Please submit evidence to establish that the petitioner has achieved
documented accomplishments in an academic field. The evidence submitted
should establish the accomplishments of the petitioner, separate and apart
from the accomplishments of University of XXX.
Evidence of "documented accomplishments" might include published articles
about the research, evidence of granted patents that have been
commercialized or otherwise influenced the field or any other documented
evidence.
前两条好办，虽然需要准备的东西多，但是能拿到，第3条，大家知道，很多start-up
公司都是某牛校professor作为co-founder，然后公司拿到学校licensed patents，在
此基础上进行研究开发产品。之前提交的材料里面，有提到我们公司有6个学校
licensed patents，IO否认了这一点，认为不是我们公司的accomplishments。但是当
时我还提到了我们公司有8个自己的provisional disclosures，让patent attorney写
了封信证实了这一点，IO貌似没看见。
急切的请教大家我该如何应对第三点？再次突出我们的provisional disclosures？我
觉得这些已经能说明研究成果了，但是IO不承认，公司成立的时间短，还没有granted
patents和别的publications。有人有这方面的经验吗？

1,2比较容易，不过也够麻烦，看来还是你们公司人太少的原因。 |

provisional disclosures算是patents，因为得要时间file patents啊，所有的
patents不都是从provisional来的么。。。
看到1，2有多bt了吧，所有人，full-time，part-time全要W2，还见过更bt的么

我也是1B，不过我们公司100多人，所以没有1,2这种。至于3，我们公司有人是以公司
名义发表了journal paper，所以被我拿来凑数了。
你这种情况我只能帮顶！

3呢，你这句话挺重要的“startup起步阶段做的东西保密，很难发paper的”，想办法
怎么从这一方面说服IO。另外，再把那封有关previsional patent的证明信里说的话再
陈述一遍（你就全当IO真没看见）
这个时候，你就尽自己最大努力拼一下了！
