My point is, if I were you, I would try EB1A no matter it is easier or not,
if not EB1B

The immigration officer will certainly know that my NIW I140 has been
approved. Will he/she be easier on me in EB1A I140?

发帖数: 77 | 16 thanks. but I may need to change job. so try to submit EB1A asap.
I reviewed one manuscript three times, including twice of the same but
revised manuscript.
Do you count it as once or three times? I need to know how many reviews I
totally have for EB1A 20 reviews criteria.
Does anyone know then answer?

USCIS申卡的标准中，没有说至少多少篇reviews可以申EB1A，所以你不必太担心这个。
