r****y 发帖数: 47 | 1 Please comment on my cases:
NIW:I140/I485 submitted in July, 2007. I140 approved, I485 pending.
EB1a: I140 filed late June 2010, I485 not filed.
I filed premium processing for my EB1a I140 case early November, but it was
returned with a template letter (907-005). The letter said the following:
Dear applicant:
Your USCIS form I-907, request for premium processing services, and
associated fees are being returned to you. This application is unacceptable
for the reason indicated by the "X" below:
(There are A-M options.C was selected for my case)
X C) The I-140 receipt you are requesting pp on has been APPROVED or DENIED,
therefore we are returning your I-907 and fee to you. You should receive
and approval or denial notice shortly.
Because the "APPROVED" is underlined/selected, I think my EB1a I140 case has
been approved. The problem is so far the status is still initial review,
but my NIW I485 case got two soft LUDs before Thanksgiving.
Did any of you get similar experience? What's going on with my cases?
Thanks a lot. | s**********e 发帖数: 454 | | r****y 发帖数: 47 | 3 Thanks. I really hope you are right.
The PP return letter was date on Nov. 9, 2010. Why it takes so much time to
notice? Did they make a mistake on my cases?

| C*******e 发帖数: 855 | 4 It would be better if you call USCIS and confirm it. | r****y 发帖数: 47 | 5 I did call them, but nothing new. The associates in the national customer
service center can only see what we can see online. Right?
Unless there is way to speak with the Texas Service Center, a call would not
help. Is it right?
