Ｈ１Ｂ 是非移民签证，你如果拿到绿卡了就是移民了，Ｈ１ｂ理论上就失效了。
４８５ｐｅｎｇｄｉｎｇ的时候用来ＥＡＤ好像Ｈ１ｂ也失效了。 |
