EB1b TSC 水过
看了板上大牛门的申请材料。发现自己真的是水过
公司律师办的。就给了几个过时的ref letter模板，信也没帮着改。
petition letter基本就是罗列了一下材料。
唯一一句没在板上看到的就是下面这句
“The Petitioner has submitted the required evidence that meets
the parameters for each type of evidenyce listed at 8CFR 204.5(h)(3). In
addition, the evidence satisfies the two-part Kazarian test wherein the
Petitioner must also establish that the Beneficiary
possesses the required high level of expertise for the Outstanding
Researcher immigrant
classification"
希望下一步和LD一起的485也能一样水过。
