All my papers came from my PhD lab, there is one published last year though,
since I left some data there. My current lab project was related to a novel
drug.
The patent submitted or approved does not contain my name, since those are
filed based on someone's earlier work.
I did lots of work and prepared many reports for the company who owns this
drug, so the lawyer and my boss agreed now to use the information of the
reports to try making up a little bit. But god knows if it will work or not.
If there is a little chance, I want to try.
I am applying EB1B. Which category are you applying? Hope there is some
other way to get around and show your contribution within the last few years.
