soon. I have to change my visa to H4 now. My questions are:
1. Will my approved NIW I-140 be cancelled, if I lose H1b visa right now?
2. If I lost job for 1-2 years, is this approved NIW I-140 be still kept?
How long? Do I need update my visa information to USCIS?
3. If rebuild my career from biology to computer science, I have to go to
school with F1 visa, is this approved NIW I-140 be cancelled?

file your 485 |

切都会好的。我去年也经历了和你一样的遭遇，后来找到个更好的工作，我最近file的
EB1A最近也批准了。所以没有什么大不了的。想想办法。相信会好的！ |

in the current field. Then I could consider my career in other fields.
Another question is:
If the time to file I-485 is ready, is my job needed to be the same area as
that when I submitted I-140? In detail, now I work as a post-doc in
Biology, I will be fired soon. I plan to rebuild my career in computer
science because I am in this major 9 years ago. Will I-485 be approved? Or I
have to find a short-term post-doc job in Biology at that moment? |
